Off to Arizona

Tomorrow we're off to Arizona for the Baker/Quackenbush wedding. We'll be gone until Sunday night, so no postings until Monday the 23rd.  I'm sure it'll be a nice, big post filled with our adventures from Prescott, AZ.

To hold you over, here's some new and old photos of us playing with the Photobooth feature on our computer...

Father's day

Bill, Barb, Jack and Cheddar took us hiking at a great spot called St. Edwards...

The hike ends up on the shore of the lake.

Cheddar got to swim and chase sticks.

Jack hung out in his backpack.

The Reilly's.

Then we hiked back into...

Beer Fest!

Jack had a nap.

We sampled tiny beers from different local brewers.

Then we played in the park for a little bit.

Finished the day with Bill & Barb BBQing buffalo chicken sandwiches for us!

past few days...

Melissa had a beer called delirium and it came in a glass with little pink elephants.

Melissa is showing what our dog's nose will look like.

Friday night, Bill & Barb had us back over for another BBQ...
Jack plays with Cheddar's ball, and Cheddar licks Jack's chair...

Jack crawling over Cheddar.

Melissa in Arizona

Last weekend, Melissa visited our friends Brett & Erin before their wedding.
They're getting married in Arizona, so we'll be back for round 2 next week.

Erin & Brett!

Their daughter, Madison!

You can't see it, but Brett's wearing a tiara too.

See you next week!

Unit 290

While Melissa was in Arizona, Jeff and I went to Vancouver to visit Mark, Meghan & friends.
We rode bikes, BBQ'd, played bocce and went to the Canadian Veterans Club Unit 290.

The gang on the way to the club.

The veterans have shuffleboard!

Jeff had sweet, hot nuts.

Blaine has the strongest bike rack in the world.

Vancouver is fun!

Jeff agrees with a half-thumbs-up.
