iPhone & Okkervil River

If you notice a decline in photo quality, its because I got a new iPhone and have been using it to shoot photos instead of our camera. Here's a bunch of random stuff I've shot over the last few days:

A few nights ago, we had a 3-way video chat with the Baker family and the Cadman family.

I got a new sweater vest for some job interviews. I like sweater vests and will add them into my permanent rotation.

A drive over the floating highway to a job interview.

Bill and Barb had us over for dinner, wine and dog walking.

Cool sunset from Bill&Barb's yard.

Melissa and I went to see Okkervil River & Sea Wolf last night (some bands we like). Before the show, we had dinner and drinks on the sidewalk in Belltown.

The Army Surplus store has really aggressive, life-sized action figures in the window.

This guys in a fox hole.

Outside the concert hall.

Hard to see, but this is a really cool bar inside the show - and no one is there! Totally different than LA, where you'd have to wait 30 minutes to get a drink.

Someone left a PBR shrine at our table.

This was our view. It looks like we're far away in this photo (it's a cell phone camera), but we were actually pretty close. We had a table on the 3rd tier of the bar, so we could see the whole stage. Again, this would be impossible in LA, where you would be shoulder to shoulder fighting for a view.

I got an onion & kraut laden hot dog from a street vendor and we walked back to the car. The Pike Place Market is nice when there's not 10,000 people milling around.

More as it happens...

John, what's your email address (give it to me on iChat)? I don't have any way to contact you besides phone, and phones are so 20th century.
